Dizziness, Sickness, Naseous...

I have been feeling really dizzy, sick, and naseaus. Last February I passed out by feeling extreme vertigo, from a really bad stomach cramp. I'm not sure why it happened, but it was really strange- I started hearing high pitch noises, and I had a bad headache. After it was all done- I was shaking, and couldn't move I was in so much pain.
I don't know if that relates at all, but I know it's the only other time I've felt dizzy like that.
But I feel really sick, and I can barely even type right now. I had a chronic sinus infection, and I have a 1500 B12 level. I don't think that relates, but I guess it could. Anyways, is there anyway to help from feeling this way? I really have to finish my school work, but I just feel so bad, and tired. I don't understand.

Have you seen a doctor about any of your symptoms?  How long ago did you have your sinus infection?  I think that its possable that could have thrown your body out of whack and could have also effected you ears.

I have a decent tea recipe that help with nausea a little, shoot me a message and I'll get you the recipe if you want.  For now try to eat right and make sure to drink lots of water and relax.

Other then that I would try to get back into a doctor, they can make sure that your sinus infection hasn't moved to any other parts of your body.  Are you running a fever at all?
