Dizziness, r eye tempory block out, not responding to light, pain in the sternum.

Hello! I'm tin. I really want to know what disease that I have. May 2016, I suffered vertigo, dizziness, numbness, and I found out my r eye not reacting to light. My eent doctor gave me meds and eye glasses. Then again, September again same symptoms appeared + pain in the sternum. Doctor ask for ct scan and the result is normal. He said I don't have problem with my eyes. I said its not responding to light and its darker compared to my left eye. He said, there is no really such thing like eyes not responding to light. Last month i visit neurologist, he gave me meds that makes my condition worsen. I can't get up on bed due to dizziness. He order for eeg. I'm still on schedule. Someone know my condition?

Hello~You need to see an ophthalmologist, there sure is such a thing as your eyes responding to light and dark, when the doctor shines a light in your eyes, he/she is checking for the pupil for reactions. Most of your issues do sound eye related, I would make an appointment with the specialist as soon as possible.
