Dizzy, weak, tingly... Weird.

Starting at around noon today, I started to feel dizzy and weak.  I haven't changed any medications or taken anything weird (or anything at all since about 8 AM), but I did get a B12 shot today (which I've had before with no side effects).  I ate breakfast and lunch on time and a snack when the cruddiness didn't pass.  I feel like my head is going to float off my shoulders, or like I'm going to black out.  My face and hands feel tingly and my hands are shaky.

This morning, I took singulair, vitamin supplements, and concerta 27 mg, as usual; I also took adderall (adderrall) at about 10, as usual.  Last night, I took Lunesta and Elevil (as prescribed), and I woke up this morning with plenty of energy and feeling just fine.  I was on Cymbalta until about two weeks ago.

I've never had these kinds of side effects from anything.  It's like something just crashed.  I'm a 28-year-old woman.  Definitely not pregnant.  Drank plenty of water.  I've had shaky hands before, but never this persistently.  I feel like my brain is in a fog.  I'm not really nauseous yet, but I sort of feel like it's coming on, like motion sickness...

It's too late to call a doctor, so it's either decide I'm not going to die and wait it out or go to the ER.  I still have to work today; I teach in about an hour and a half.  Any advice?

hi,sorry i can't help but i have had these random shaky hands and tremors for nearly 6 years,i would feel sick my head spinning legs feel like jelly and shake uncontrolably docs still dont know the cause 6 years on numerous tests still suffering.get some medical tests done dont wait.
