Dizzy Spells and weakness

I have had dizzy spells since February.  They are happening about 150 - 180 times per day during my waking hours.
I do not have nausea or fainting spells it is more like being woozy.  They last about 10 to 15 seconds and when I get one, my right leg goes weak and now my right arm also seems to lose control.  I have had an MRI of the brain, an EKG, Echogram, halter monitor/EKG, blood tests, audio tests and next an ENG.  All have come back normal. It is
very aggrevating as it seems to be more motion oriented.  I can't walk without either stopping til it goes over or having
someone to hold on to as I lose my balance with each episode.  Does anyone out there have any idea what it could be?   A physical therapist doesn't think it's BPPV but maybe related to my neck and is going to start me on some
exercises to do next week., I'm retired quite active and was just beginning to really enjoy life.  It seems to be worse
when I don't get enough sleep but I feel tired all the time since I started having the spells.  HELP.
