You should really check with a doctor. That is nothing to mess around with.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
What is the cause of your breathing problem? It can be either due to a cardiac cause or lung problem. If you find that your breathing is too rapid or shallow, decrease your level of activity or stop to rest. Dizziness may be caused by an underlying medical disorder, low blood sugar or certain medications, particularly blood pressure medication. Heart disease and inner ear problems are common disorders that can lead to dizziness. Contact a doctor for a proper diagnosis. You should consult a primary care physician. Based on your clinical examination findings he may further refer you to the concerned specialist. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Hope it helped.
Best luck and kind regards!
