Doctors difficulty w diagnosing. Help

Ok so this past fall I took a health supplement from GNC..no, not a steroid. I didn't like it so I stopped taking it. Within a couple weeks I broke out in what I thought was acne. It was very painful and in several areas and proceeded to get worse eventually covering my back, chest, and face and pussing and bleeding. My girlfriend talked me into seeing someone and I did. I am now on acutaine. My acne situation seems to be getting much much better HOWEVER, before starting my treatment, I started also experiencing extreme muscle aches. At first it felt as if it was my joints but I've realized it's all mainly in my back and rib cage area. Ive also been experiencing lots of weight loss even though i eat eveything in sight. The pain it makes it extremely hard to move if I've been sitting or laying down but doesn't hurt as much if I keep moving. The doctors have done tests and everything shows normal..no kidney or heart or liver problems but I do have a high white blood cell count and these aches. I'm male only 25 years old and I am not under or over weight..until my body issue I worked out regularly. My gf created this for me she is just as concerned. Any ideas what could be wrong? My doctor can't seem to figure it out yet so I'm trying to look for answers.

Please go to the FDA website and search for the name of the supplement you took.  See if there has been a recall on it.  Is your doctor aware of the supplement you were taking??
PLEASE...research.
Seems everytime I read about someone having a skin rash and are in pain...people say LYME Disease...smh...
Research the supplement before Lyme Disease
PLEASE look into the manufacturer of this supplement, what its ingredients are.  There was an expose` on this exact matter on the Chris Hansen Files, I think its NBC News show. Perhaps you could look up info on that website too.
I hope you find the answers you so need.  The best of luck in recovering and researching!  be your own private investigator!

So, you have a skin issue that antibiotics is helping, significant muscle pain, back pain, rib pain, and weight loss. Where are you?  Is it possible you have been exposed to Lyme Disease? It has been reported in every state in the country and many people don't recall a tick or a rash.

You might do some research into tick borne diseases.  Lyme definitely causes muscle, back, and rib pain as well as unexplained weight loss (usually from decreased function in the digestive system).  A coinfection called Bartonella has been known to cause little red bumps.  Lyme has also been known to affect the skin in strange ways.

This document has a full symptom list that might be helpful.  When I saw this, I realized that some things I had written off to stress were actual symptoms, such as light sensitivity, ringing in my ears, and others.
