Here in the UK the pharmacists who fill the prescriptions will often keep your details on a database and will inform you of any known contra-indications and interactions with other medications you are being presecribed.
There is an expensive drug interaction database available at most medical schools that will provide the answers. Ask your physician if he has access to this database. This is really a question you should have asked him in the first place. The missing piece is the doseages. I can see no reason on planet earth why you are on so many medications, for what that is worth. Another path to take is to contact the drug manufacturers, using the PDR (Physician's desk Reference) and ask the question in writing.
