Drunk or high feeling

I have felt like this for 6 years now. In 2002 I was in a bad car accident. I felt fine for exactly 1 year after the wreck and I began having panic attacks. I was given Paxil for them and I had to stop the Paxil because it really jacked me up. Every since then, I have felt drunk almost high feeling everyday. It worse when I drive. It is very hard to drive sometimes. I recently started counceling and was diagnosed with PTSD. Post traumatic stress disorder. I have had blood work, CT scans on my head and sinuses. They have found nothing. I do have a constant pressure in the bridge of my nose. I wonder if it is some kind of inflamation (inflammation) and it causing that drunk feeling???? I really wish someone would figure this out because it is very hard to function this way. My Dr's just look at me like I'm nuts.
