Dull stomach ache, rumblings, foul smelling gas and itchy skin over whole body?

Folks I have been plagued with these symptoms for about two years now and would appreciate any help in diagnose or suggestions.
My stomach is always noisy, whether I don't eat, or if I do (It's quieter when I first eat), then rapidly gets noisier later. When I drink any fluids it sounds like a thunder storm going on inside my stomach. The drinks can be ice water, water water, or coffee--- it all causes a war inside my stomach... explosions but mostly gurgling.
I always have a dull very slight ache around the whole stomach area. Sometimes if I lay flat and press on my stomach in different parts, it rumbles even more, and I pass very foul smelling gas from my back door. and some of the overall symptoms lessen a lot., especially the itchy skin, described later.
When the dull stomach ache is more prominent as well as the internal explosions, my skin over my whole body goes nuts and feels like tiny bugs are biting my skin. Many people have also told me, that I get flushed in the face a lot anymore, the flushing can happen out of the blue, if I am eating or not,,, not sure if the facial flushing is going hand in hand with the weird stomach conditions or not...?
Ive tried: peptmo bismol, rolaids, tums, gas x... they do nothing to quell the symptoms.
I havent been to a doc in years as I have no insurance...

Thanks everyone.... I found out I had almost NO good bacteria in my stomach, etc it was screwing up my immune system, everything. Doc started me on strong probiotics. Within 2 days the pain was all gone, still some itching but better. Overall, I feel a LOT better so taking the probiotics.

Do you have any jaundice? (Yellowing of skin and eyes) the itching sounds like what you get with a toxic liver, the rubbish that is normally filtered out stays in your blood stream and comes out in the skin causing the itch (pruritis) May be an indicator of the source of your woe, but, as has been suggested, DOCTOR NOW if it's something small, great, but do you want to take a risk of not catching something at an earlier stage rather than when it's out of control? There's many bowel diseases or digestive conditions it could be.
Let us know how it goes at the doctor ;-) good luck and health to you!

You might want to try taking Milk Thistle.  It detoxes the liver.  Essiac also works as a detox for the liver, stomach and intestines.  At health food stores.
And pick up some acidophilus while you're at it.  You might need some good bacteria in your gut.
