During intercourse I have a burning feeling.

So during intercourse i have a burning feeling. It was my fist time with out using a condom and now everytime during intercourse i have a burnng feeling right under my lips. Like the opening of my vagina. A month ago i had a yeste infection, but i believe its cured. Ive been on the pill for 9 months and and during the 9 months, i had a 7 month period of not having sex. Is it because my vagina can be dryed out from my birth control? And can i be because it was tight fom not doing it for so long? It hert quiet badly when we did it. I was also tence. It may be a tear, but its taking to long to heal to be a tear.

Yes, see your Dr to find out if the yeast infection is gone. That very well may be the problem. He/she will also check for any tears. Remar

If it only hurts during intercourse it could be because you aren't producing enough lubrication. Try using KY Jelly during intercourse and see if that helps at all. However, if the pain continues after sex it could be a number of things. If you shave, possibly a cut that continues to get irritated through daily activities and intercourse. More serious problems could be anything from a genital wart to the Herpes virus (much more pain is usually associated with this though and it would be extremely hard to ignore).

It never hurts to have a doctor take a look, if the pain continues I suggest you make an appointment.
