ELEVATED AST, ALT, CALCIUM, MPV AND RDW

I recently had blood work done because of late I haven't felt like myself.  Tired, feel myself getting more irritable, heart racing periodically and spouts of dizziness.  I have vertigo that acts up 1-2x per year but this dizziness is different.  Not positional and seems to come out of the blue.  I also get shaky especially in the hands and arms on occasion. Seems to mostly happen in the morning after a cup of my half-caf coffee. Usually gets better after drinking some juice, eating a light snack.

I am 43 and recently had 2 miscarriages (back to back) a few months ago.  My blood work is within normal ranges except for the following:

Calcium 10.6
AST 36
ALT 50
Cholesterol 261 (done fasting and has never, ever been this high) LDL 164 ratio 3.3
MPV12.3
RDW 15.1

Any idea what my be the problem?

Low vitamin D, low magnesium, low ferritin

I had the same symptoms and supplements daily help.

You can have normal hemoglobin, but still e iron deficient. Ferritin must be checked to know.

overactive thyroid would cause slightly higher mpv, heart racing and hands shaking...
