A gallbladder is fed bile straight from the liver and then holds it and slowly releases it. After it's removed the bile goes straight into the digestive tract. So it's possible that there is still an issue because of a "gallbladder" even after it has been removed. One of my friends was unable to eat any dairy, fried foods, or eggs YEARS and years after she got her gallbladder removed. She also had a lot of problems with other foods because her bile wasn't self-regulated well. You will need to see a dr. to rule out this problem.
However, food allergies, gastritis, pregnancy, and hormonal imbalances need to be ruled out too. If there is any chance you're pregnant, take a test. I would also recommend making a food diary and trying an elimination diet to see if there are any specific foods that are worse than others. Key ones are typically dairy/whey, gluten, soy, eggs, dyes and nuts. This food diary would also help a doctor decide if it could be from left over gallbladder issue or from other issues. You will also what to get your thyroid levels tested, the drs. will almost always only test for TSH (which isn't always reliable) so make sure you ask for free thyroid levels as well.
