Fatigue causes

I have been feeling exhausted for over 5 months now.but the odd thing is that I feel tired only when I don't do any sort of exercise for some days. The more days I don't do any physical exercise, the more tired I feel.I become more energetic after doing some press ups, running and other normal jogging.Walking only gets me exhausted and causes leg pain.Without any physical exercise during the week my energy simply wears out until I'm weak and need to do more exercise.I'm 19 years.I have untreated long term insomnia that I get to often sleep in the morning.I have a quite high blood pressure 140/95.Last checked 6 months ago I was 80 kgs which is overweight but I don't really care or watch my weight enough.Last year I had a stomach bacteria/acid issue which was treated. Now I have no other problem or symptom besides this fatigue. What could be my problem?.Thank you for your response!.

You probably need to change your diet.Don't you realize even at 19 with high blood pressure thar You can have a stroke or heart attack?! It's Very serious. You could ruin your whole life or lose it just by ignoring your high blood pressure!! Get on the ball- start the diet they told you to get on - its not that bad you will see. Most of all you must bring your salt intake down! There are low sodium products that you won't even notice the difference. Once you are on a low sodium diet, if you eat regular food the salt in it will shock you. You won't want it. Please high blood pressure is a silent killer! Please don't mess around with it change your diet if you need to and take meds if the Dr tells you to. It might also be the cause of your fatigue.. And if you need to lose some weight you should do it. Good luck love.

Hello,

It would appear to me that you need some good multi-minerals, a good "B" complex along with vitamins D, A, C. Drink plenty of "pure" water. Eat whole, organic fruits and vegetables, cut out all sugars and white flour. Try loosing weight as well.

Since you feel better when you exercise, make sure you get at least 45 minutes of it daily, at a pace that makes you feel best. It sounds like you have a sluggish metabolism, and the reason you feel better when you exercise is due to the fact your are revving up that metabolism.
