Most of all you must bring your salt intake down! There are low sodium products that you won't even notice the difference. Once you are on a low sodium diet, if you eat regular food the salt in it will shock you. You won't want it. Please high blood pressure is a silent killer! Please don't mess around with it change your diet if you need to and take meds if the Dr tells you to. It might also be the cause of your fatigue.. And if you need to lose some weight you should do it. Good luck love.
Hello,
It would appear to me that you need some good multi-minerals, a good "B" complex along with vitamins D, A, C. Drink plenty of "pure" water. Eat whole, organic fruits and vegetables, cut out all sugars and white flour. Try loosing weight as well.
Since you feel better when you exercise, make sure you get at least 45 minutes of it daily, at a pace that makes you feel best. It sounds like you have a sluggish metabolism, and the reason you feel better when you exercise is due to the fact your are revving up that metabolism.
Have you had blood work to check Vitamin D, RBC magnesium, vitamin B12, iron/ferritin?
Deficient and low normal
Blood levels can cause many health problems
P.s I also had a breast enlargement last year which was gynecomastia and this fatigue started around that time.I'm a male teen.
