Feeling stoned with no drugs

Yesterday I had a completely normal day but in the evening a few hours after dinner I started getting an EXTREMELY dry mouth and then started feeling lightheaded and dizzy. It continued to progress until it felt like I had smoked marijuana. I had almost the same exact symptoms as smoking marijuana. I also had the urge to urinate but it was very difficult to do so. I wasn't experiencing any pain anywhere.

Now, this morning, I still feel a little strange and dizzy, but not so intense. What could this possibly be? I didn't take any medications, drugs, supplements, etc. yesterday. The only thing I can think of was that I ate dried apples around dinner time. Could these symptoms be the effect of something that was in the apples? They were not expired. All the other food I ate were things I eat all the time.
