Fever with strange symptoms

I am currently having a very strange fever where my bladder and intestines feels really full, my stomach feels like I ate too much, my lungs feel like I ran a marathon and pushed it too hard and my heart has an very light stinging pain with every pulse. I've taken aspirin for the headache and drink a lot of liquids. I also have barely eaten anything, maybe a quarter or less of my average food consumption. I use the bathroom to empty my bladder but it seems I have low pressure when urinating. The abdomen pains started about a day later my fever started. My usual fevers just have runny nose, light headedness, and sensitivity to light, but this time I have none of those symptoms, just the headache. Should I be worried or is this just another type of fever I'm experiencing for the first time?

Thanks for the reply, I'm going to go see a doctor tomorrow as the heart pain with every pulse has increased while all the other symptoms seem to have disappeared.

It seems to me you probably have changed something in your daily routine and your body is reacting to the change. Everything should be fine but i would go to the doctor just to be on the safe side.
