Forsking chafing

I have chafing in my forskin area, I don't have no medical insurance . I was wondering if there is any kind of cream that I can get to treat this problem?

I would use liquid baby soap to clean it and then put diaper rash cream on the part that's schaffed.  Also you could go to a free clinic I know it's a bit of a wait but you get to see a dr for sure, it could be a yeast infection (not just a women's problem) and you don't want to leave that untreated.  You could try plain yogurt on your genitals a couple times a day too just in case it's a yeast infection!  Good luck, and I am pretty sure your genitals are worth a trip to at least a free clinic.

It is important to make sure you wash the area more than once a day with warm water and a wash cloth. After wards put diaper rash cream on the area avoiding the tip of your penis to ensure that you don't get any in the urethra. It may sound weird to use diaper rash cream but it is composed of chemicals that are gentle enough to apply to your genitals without causing harm. If it doesn't get any better I would recommend seeking treatment regardless of your financial situation, they are always willing to work something out. Good luck!

First of all, are you keeping your genitals clean? Do you wear breifs, boxers or neither? Most urologists recommend boxes these days.
If you can't afford to see a doctor, talk with your local pharmacist about the problem and see what he/she would recommend you try. If, after several attempts to clear this up and nothing is working, you really do need to see your doctor. If you have an infection and don't get it treated, the infection could get into your urethra and from there, into your bladder or kidneys.
If you end up needing to see a doctor, call ahead to the billing office, explain your situation and discuss working out a payment plan. Hopefully they will work with you.
