From few years I've had problems with eating habbits. Thing is, I eat a lot. I'm always hungry, and eat big meals. However, I am an extremely slow eater.
Do you know any reasonable ways of weight gain?
Try drinking a cup of alfalfa tea every day with honey. It is very healthy for you and can help in weight gain. You can combine it with other teas if you don't like the flavor.
Also, protein and carbs are good for weight gain. The only thing is you want to be careful where you are getting these two things from. I think greens have the best combination of protein and carbs. Kelp in particular is really good and there are all kinds of ways to prepare it.
