quite smoking since sept and 2weeks now have this bad taste in mouth and when I eat anything it gets worse and end up throwing it up please help even to drink anything my mouth taste bad

Taking Zinc might make the "normal" taste in your mouth come back.  Some medications also cause a nasty bitter taste.  Before you eat, try rinsing your mouth with baking soda or epsom salts.  Epsom salts taste bitter - but they leave your mouth tasting sweet - as does baking soda.  Zinc can heal those taste buds that have been exposed to so much hot air/smoke all this time.

Sounds weird, but have you tried switching things like mouthwash, toothpastes?

you can get mouth infections gives bad breath andwhen burps it smells like egg and tastes like bad egg
