You may need to take Sepia.  Available at health food stores.  It helps with PMS, vaginal dryness and discharges.

You are not lubricated enough.  

Either have more foreplay to get you more aroused, or use a lubricant gel that you can get from a pharmacist.  

As you re in Jamaica I do not know if you would be able to purchase this in your supermarket and whether you have family planning clinics that you can this from.
