HCG Levels that drop

I am 8 to 9 weeks pregnant.  On 9/11 my HCG level was 71,000.  As of 9/23, it had dtopped to 53,533.  Is a drop like this in the HCG level a definite sign of miscarriage.

Between 8-12 weeks pregnant levels decrease and level off. I wouldnt worry, if the baby had a a good heartbeat everything should be fine. Im 11 weeks and mine decreased. I think thats why ive been feeling ebtter other than the bleeding gums,fatique and headaches. But my nausea is SOO much better and i seem to have more energy now.

wow that is sooo encouraging b/c my levels were high at week 9 then I took it again at almost week 11 and they had decreased...so you are positive I shouldn't worry
