HELP!!gallbladder?gastritis?ulcer?

am 22, female,been drinking alcohol once a week now for a year after my last child was born didnt drink before. have a 6 and a 2 year old. no family history problems. i been having abdominal pain on my left side, it comes from the middle to the upper abdominal left side. i also feel bloated, have very bad nausea, the pain come and goes. usually during the pain i vomit. i also have diarrhea. i been drinking pepto for one day so i dont know if my stool is dark because of the pepto which i know could happen or is it dark because of something else. also when i was pregnant from my second child i had very bad heart burn and would vomit a lot to the point i would vomit blood. this the third episode i have. and its really painful and most of all fustrating. would you have any idea of what it is? thank you very much.

For starts, just say "no" to the alcohol.  Drinking how much once a week?
  
Sounds like pancreatitis or a gastric ulcer.  

As remar stated, you need to be seen by a physician.

If it were your gallbladder the pain would be mainly on your right side and go around to your back. Now we can all have different symptoms so you should see your Dr about this.
I'm wondering if this could be IBS. You do have a lot of the symptoms.
Can you get in to see your Dr soon while your having these symptoms? This would give him/her a better idea of what's going on. If we're feeling better we might forget to mention a symptom.   Remar
