Head Pains upon standing and bending over

Has anyone ever experienced this? Does anyone know what is wrong with me? I fear it may be a ruptured aneurysm, since my mom had a lot of aneurysms in her brain, but I don't know if it is hereditary or not.

Okay, so I'm going to tell you everything that has occurred in the past 2 months, since I don't know what information is important.
The first the that happened was my left eye swelled shut out of nowhere. It remained like that for about a week. Then when the swelling finally went down, I noticed a lump on my top eyelid and the eyelid was still puffy. ( I still have the lump on the eyelid and the puffiness 2 months later.)
Then about 1 weeks after that, I had pain in and around my right ear. A couple days after that, the pain expanded to my right jaw. It hurt to eat anything. That lasted about half a week, then vanished. Nothing happened for about a week, then I noticed the same ear and jaw pain, but on the LEFT side of my face. That shortly disappeared.
Then, about 3 weeks ago, I got these sudden severe head pains on the LEFT side of my forehead, about 2 inches apart. I'm not calling them headaches because the are not continuous. They come and go. I have many, many, many of these pains several times a day, everyday. I still do. They are worse when I stand up or bend over. A hot shower helps yet the pain comes back right after I get out. In fact, I'm still getting dressed when they do. Then today, I noticed the eye right underneath the head pains (the one with the lump on the eyelid) was red on the lower half. There is no discomfort or itchiness with the redness, So I don't know if that even has anything to do with the head pains.
I am an 18 year old female. I also have Visual Snow Syndrome. Had it since I was little. That doesn't come or go either. It stays. In fact, I thought it was normal until I talked to a friend about it. So I looked it up and found the name. I have never been checked out by a doctor. I mean never. I live in a very poor family. So going to the doctors is not an option without money. Do not say "It's a migraine, you just need to rest."
I have experienced migraines before and know that these head pains are 10x worse. Thanks for helping. I need all the help I can get.
Oh, and I also suffer from Initial Insomnia. Have been since last October.

It could be a hidden jaw infection that might not show up in a MRI  I had two MRI of my head and high resolution scan of my sinus and panoramic of my teeth and mouth super high tech equipment my dentist was showing off and telling me it was the very best this and that all of these test  found  NOTHING  finally Many doctor just told me it was chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia see I do not believe these are real illness they are caused from something   I
was lucky we had  read about dental cavitation we  hired  specialist a real  expert holistic dentist  and all the extraction sites were opened and they found a big wad of gauze that was left behind when I had my wisdom teeth removed twenty years ago and they found  a  big severe infection that was making me super sick ...flu like nausea, blurred vision, extreme fatigue.heat intolerance, sinus issues dream like feeling brain fog, dizziness, stiff neck and  my jaw hurt when I bent down this and lymph nodes were swollen  and finally the mystery illness was found out the infection was causing  low level sepsis a toxicity test would of shown that something was definitely going on. I had seen five dentist and four oral surgeon they were all clueless and I had  lost three years of my life and it  could of all been fixed if only one doctor out of 50 knew anything about dental cavitation's  Dental issues cause 70% to 80%. illness especially mystery illnesses, according to chronic ill specialist. It is so strange that the medical profession is not aware of this and do not realize that an high resolution ultrasound and cavitat could help so many people so quickly and save hospitals billions of dollars.
Imagine  someone a misdiagnosis and the person lives out there days suffering horrifically
waiting to die...when a simple two hour procedure could fix it !
