Head pain, neck pain and more.

My primary referred me to a neurologist but I can't get in until July 19th.

I've been experiencing neck stiffness, headache like pain, dizziness and weakness. It's quite concerning. My primary checked my insulin so unsure of the results at the moment and I don't see my new endo until the 30th to discuss insulin issues, if any.

What could cause the head pain, neck pain, dizziness and weakness? My doctor says everything looks normal but wants me to get seen since everything was related to the vitamin b12 level he thought it could have been.

I'm freaking out :(
