Head pains

Yesterday, May 17, 2010, i fainted and fell to the ground hitting my head which left a really nasty bump. i remember when i got up i admitted that i was fine and was given granola and water, then i was on my way. when i got home my head was pounding and i had sharp pains in the back of my head (where the bump is top right side) and in my right temple.  Today, May 18, 2010, when tried to sit up i became very dizzy so i laid back down to rest for  half an hour more.  Throughout this whole day my bump just felt very sore and i got minor headaches here and there. i also was experiencing pains in my right temple every time i bite down or chew. i recently just coughed and experienced a sharp pain where i allegedly fell on my head and the pain then traveled ( in what you can say a line) straight across my head.

Q1: Is this serious, should i go see a doctor?
Q2: what do you think is going on?

Please go SEEK medical attention TODAY; back to the ER.  I would not even begin to guess what is going on.  If they didn't scan your head the first time you were there, they should definitely do one now.
