There is a healthy weight range you can look up on web sites like the WebMD, the CDC's section on health, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), etc. The better charts will take into account your height, build, and age.
BMI is also good, but allows for a relatively wide range of healthy weights. I'm 5'9", 131 lbs., and still (barely) within the healthy range in terms of BMI.
Good luck identifying a healthy range for yourself.
that depends on your height. am 51 and 5 foot i weight 131 pds but at 5 foot i should be 125, check with your dr
Well, it depends alot on your height. The best way to check how much you weigh is by using BMI. You use the formula BMI = mass/height squared. For you to be within normal range your BMI should be within 18 and 25. If less you are underweight, if higher you are overweight or heading to obese.
