Heart rate fluctuating, please help is it normal?

So my heart rate is normal in the 70's while I'm up then drops to the 60's while sleeping. I'm prepping for a colonasapy today and I've drank half a gallon of gavinlyte-n and I checked my heart rate and it was 55....now it goes from 55 to 75 in minutes and back. I feel fine other than that but kinda worried now. Is this normal?
