I keep getting heat rash on my toe, and I get all these litte bumps that fill up with fluid. If I pop them, then they go away for a day or two, but then they come back and there's more of them. If I don't pop them open, then they just continue to swell and fill up and become very painful. I stay inside all day with the AC on and I never wear shoes and socks when I'm inside, so I don't know why it keeps coming back, and why it's only on my one toe. What should I do?
