Help, QUESTION.?!!!

So I have been havering this bump in my private area for about 5-6 months, with that i have NEVER in any type of way been sexually active.I have go to 2 doctor the first one didn't go very well and just told me I had an yeast infection to get me out of there, so the next one I went to was very informative and told me I got the bumps from sweating a lot and rubbing for clothing which I figure was right because I play softball and I started getting them when joining the sport. so she gave me pills and an ointment,I have yet to but the ointment but I drank the pills. And nothing have change, the doctors note she have me stated to go back if it didn't go away. Does this mean my bumps can mean something worse than what she told me in the beginning.?

These little bumps can be lipomas - small benign fatty tumors - nothing to worry about.  They might go away with a jojoba/beeswax lotion.  Mine are almost gone since I started using the lotion.  Hope it helps you too.

We do have sweat glands down below and sometimes they do get infected or blocked up.

If this is the bump that has now got pus in it (your other posting) then you will need to go back to the doctor for her to lance it, if it is ready to be lanced.  Once the rubbish comes out, the bump should heal up.  What you don't want is the rubbish spreading inwards.
Don't neglect it, and do go back to the doctor.

These bumps are different they kind of look like tags then what a pimple looks like but she gave me instructions to what to do and I've been following most of what she told me to do.also she gave me information in what u have and it said they where some kind of pimple caused by staph bacteria. I kind of getting the thoughts of this beging some kind of HPV, HIV, Or Aids again because they are still there but I have Never been sexually active in any way. And we are kind of waiting to go back until I get my insurance.

Another thing it has bleed twice and every time it bleed it would feel irritated before. I knobs of feel like the second time it bleed was because I irritated it with too much soap.

As you have not been sexually active, do not worry, you do not have HIV etc.

Sometimes skin tags grow on our bodies (anywhere) as we get older.  They are harmless, but irritating - the doctor can get rid of them, I usually pull mine off.  I have tied my husbands tags with cotton and they dry up and drop off.

The one spot that is being irritated with pus is likely to be infected.  So you will need to get back to the doctor to have it lanced and possibly an antibiotic.

I have found cutting down on sugar in my diet and drinking natural yogurt has helped.  Washing regularly and keeping dry.  Only wear cotton briefs as the manmade fibres make you sweat more.

With you knocking it and it bleeding, sounds that it had a scab, but the rubbish is still inside.  If it has pus inside, it will not heal until the plug root has been removed.  What you don't want is for it to become an abscess.

You need to keep applying the ointment.  It can take ages for them to get better.  I was prescribed with Trimovate,  but the doctor can prescribe different creams.

Unfortunately these type of "bumps" do not disapper overnight.

Thank you for the helpful information, I really been over thinking it since the pills she proscribed me didn't make them go away and the ointment she proscribed to me it pretty expensive( that's why I haven't bought the ointment yet) that's why I'm thinking what I have is worst then what she said it to be. Plus the bumps doesn't have pus or anything I see inside them, some other people have said it could just be my body's normal bumps, but it's the only place I got them and I got them when starting softball.

As you have noticed that the bumps came when you started playing softball, it is because your sweat glands have been active.

It is important to keep the area clean and dry, because with warm and moist areas, thrush love that and you can become sore.

What is the ointment the doctor has prescribed?  Is it a cortisone cream or antifungal?

Trimovate that I use is a antifungal and antibacterial cream.  I have been using it for years (prescription only), but I have found that there is a lot of improvement since I have cut down on sugar and drinking active yogurt.  I have recently started taking B12, multivitamins, zinc and magnesium (so don't know it that is what is helping).  I dont exercise like you, but I am overweight and sweat a lot even when I am cold especially in between the leg area.

Skin tags are little bits of skin that hang down.  We get these as we age and they can grow anywhere on the body.  But I don't think it is the skin tags that you are talking about.
