Hi, I can understand your concern to loose weight. I have found that a low carb diet is great for this, it is the only diet that has enabled me to loose those unwanted pounds. Also, a 45 minute brisk walk daily is great. Drink plenty of water as well, this helps to clean out your system.
Hi...may we ask how tall you are? It could be this is the correct weight for you.....don't look at numbers, as they do not mean as much as how healthy are you.....the more you exercise, the more you can weight due to muscle weighting more then fat....
Eat healthy, exercise and stop looking at the scale...JMHO.
