Help with headaches

About a year ago my boyfriend was in a car accident he hit his head and there was blood but chose to not go to the emergency room. The on scene paramdics told him it was only precautionary to go so he chose not to. now he has headaches bad migraine headaches every day. What can he do to help ease the headache pain and should he go back to get checked out?

yes whenever there is an injury to the head you should always get it checked,tell him to go and see his doctor to arrange a ct scan,get this sorted once and fo all.
