Hi,I am Joy from Bangladesh.

I am 15 years old boy.In my childhood I have grown very rapidly so that I was the tallest of my friends.But My this rapid growth lasts to when my age was 13.After that all on a sudden I stopped growing.I'm now 5'2".All my friends are growing now rapidly.But I'm not.I want to be at least 5'7".Please give me some suggestions to grow taller & will I grow more?

Hi, I would suggest eating more healthier, do more sports and if you smoke then quit. sometimes your growth could just catch up on you. i'm 5,3 and last year i was taller than my little brother he was 15 at the time, now he's 16 his growth as all come at once and now he is 5.11. chin up hun, x

Don't worry so much my friend, you are still in the puberty years. You have at least 3-5 more years of growing to do. I'm female, but didn't stop growing till I was 23, that was the last 3/4 of an inch. Look at your brother. At 16 he shot up, so wait for it.

Fisrt, stop worrying so much, you still have a lot of time to grow. The first thing to look at is how tall your parents and grandparents are, that will give you an idea of how tall you may be. My parents are 5'4'' and 5'10'' but my grandfather was close to 6 ' tall.  When I was 14 and a half, I was 5'6'' and everyone else taller than me too but within 1 summer, I was eating like a horse at 3 different houses and grew 6 inches in 4 months. If your body wants to grow, it will tell you by your appetite. I am 30 years old now and 6'2'' and stopped growing about 4 years ago. Don't worry, you still have plenty of time to grow.

Thanx to you also,sis.I'm very glad to know that I am still between the ages of puberty.I used to thik that puberty ends at 15.So I was dissapointed.But Now I've inspired from your words to give more effort to grow taller.tahnx,thanx & thnx......

thanx,sis.You said that I will suddenly grow taller in 16 or near it (thnx for it).You have also said about your brother.It will work as a light of hope for me in the upcoming 2/3 years.So,thans again....
