High Vitamin B Levels

I've been reading posts about this but they are all about low levels of vitamin B.  Has anyone ever had their labs come back showing high levels of vitamin b?? My doctor that ordered the lad work is out of town for the next 3 weeks and the office told me he has someone "filling in" for him but they are not able to go over my labs with me. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I know this may not be the correct forum for this type of question but this seems to have people on more often.

Thanks for taking the time to respond...appreciate it. No I haven't been feeling well for quite some time. That's one of the reasons I told the doctor I wanted full blood & urine tests done. Also I  get Remicade Infusions for the last 3 years for psoriasis and psoriaic arthritis. It went all went away and then about 3 months ago it started showing up little spots here and there. So they increased it and made me get it every 4 weeks versus 6 weeks. Before it was only on my elbows & knees...not a lot. Now it is all over my entire body & scalp. It's so bad on my top & the sides of my feet that I cannot wear shoes. Also a different type than before. So since I have been feeling really bad I requested  full blood & urine work done...the doctor (my primary not my rheumatoligist) didn't request it. Also there are other high results & one abnormal result so I' m pretty concerned about it all.

Well, it seems quite high but if you are feeling ok, i would not worry until you talk to your doctor. All people are unique and sometimes, there is always the odd one with high results of whatever and it is ok for them. As i said, if you are feeling ok, don't worry and wait until you talk to your doctor, ok ? :) good luck !

No I don't take any supplements with b in it. I have a copy of my results and my vitamin b12 is 1,999 and it says it should be between 211 -949. I really don't think that is good...right??

Have you been taking many supplements with B12 ? Vitamin Bs is the only vitamin that taking too much of it is not advised at all ... do you feel any symptons like feeling exhausted, itching, dizziness....? Anyway, if you have to wait for the results, in case that you are taking supplements, i would stop taking them.
