High levels of calcium in my blood...what does this mean?

i have had blood test it came back high levels calcium in my blood   low vitamin d   i feel unwell im having leg and toe cramps very tired all the time high blood pressure

Yes sound about right to me, just get out in the sun if you have some its 15 minutes a day they say, but just love being in the sun all day if possable and aways fill great with it.

Low vitamin D is the usual reason. Have the levels tested and begin supplementation as ordered by your physician. The calcium abnormalities are likely responsible for the cramps in he leg and toe and the muscle fatigue. .
