Hit head on some metal.

Went to get into a uhaul truck earlier today, and in the process, stood up into the flat metal part of the truck that extends over the cab. I hit the top of my head on it. Did not black out, did not immediately develop s headache, or naseua or any other symptom. It did hurt. Now it is 5 hours later, have a mild ache where I hit my head. Am I ok? Or is this something I should really worry about? I've read a few articles about that you can barely hit your head and then unknowingly develop a brain bleed and die suddenly. I don't want to suddenly die, I fear that. What should I do? I have bad anxiety and this is making it worse.
