Horseshoe Shaped Bump on Bottom of Foot

I have a horseshoe shaped thing on the bottom of my foot. There are white bumps that make the horseshoe shape. It hurts to walk on it, it feels like a sharp pain. It itches like crazy. Hope this is enough information and thanks for any help.

Did you go outside bare foot and was it extreamly hot? To me it looks like a possible burn, athlete's foot, or maybe ring worm??? Go to the Dr especialiy since it is painful! Good luck with that!
