How to make it better?

How to make it better?

I had a routine blood test for myself that included SGPT (ALT) test. The normal range is <45, my test result is 63 U/ml. Do I need to worry? Age: 38, Sex: Male
What can I do to solve it or to make it better? How high is 63?
How can I take care of my liver?

Hi,
I think your test result is normal with a normal person. Because when liver inflammatory happens, the level of SGPT is higher than that
But i don't know about your life, your habit, and your healthy condition... now. So, I think you should consult a specialist for sure.
Why do you have to check your blood test everyday? Is there any problem with you? Because, you know, it's not good for a normal person, there's a lot of risk happening when you make the test ( especially: infection)
So, hope you get a good health, and not to worry about it!

Sorry, maybe I expressed myself wrong. At school the hospital came and gave us a free healthcheck and I need to get more info on my test concerning my liver. I was told that the 63 SGPT is a bit high and I have a mild fatty liver, so I thought I should ask around in order to change my lifestyle a bit if I have to, in order to still be healthy in the next 10-20 years.
Thanks for the nice reply anyway
