Try taking Rubidium supplement formulated by a compounding pharmacist
take 500 milligrams daily with food. Make sure to have your fasting essential amino acids checked. Although not every clinically depressed individual has low essential amino acids, the majority do, so testing and
treatment for these key nutrients should never be omitted. While it’s
very possible that using rubidium by itself without any of these other
nutrients would probably be effective, you might be overlooking
deficiencies in essential amino acids as well as other essential
nutrients that rubidium alone cannot replace.
So your depression might go away, but other body functions would continue to decline, possibly permanently. Besides, rubidium is more likely to work when your body has all the amino acids it needs.
You can have your fasting essential amino acids checked with a blood test
If your essential amino acids are low, make sure to use a blend of all eight
essential amino acids (including tryptophan) individualized for you.
And, just as import a n t l y, make sure to look for the cause of your low
levels. It probably won’t surprise you to learn that, quite often, that
cause turns out to be hypochlorh ydria, or low stomach acid.
If that’s the case, then add injections of vitamin B12 with folic acid to your program: These are always a good idea for anyone with low stomach acid. Individualized amino acids along with these injections can frequently help your depression clear up over a few weeks to a few months time. If this
isn’t effective enough, then try adding rubidium.

First, accept the fact that you have the medical illness of depression. Then, go see a doctor to make sure it's depression, you want to make sure it's the right illness.

Then depending on how major or minor your depression is, your psychologist will prescribe you antidepressants. These will help get rid of the thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere, so it really helps, atleast for me it did. I got prescribed an SSRI and in a week I saw improvement in depressed mood and anxiety.

Make sure you lose all those fake, negative, delusional thoughts that first made you depressed.

Just keep on thinking positive. You are in this world to watch. And your reaction to that is what sets your mood, always look on the positive side, but don't lie to yourself too much or else you will feel fake.

Antidepressants will make it easier to change your thoughts. This whole thought thing is called cognitive therapy.

Keep on climbing the mountain like this and you'll be out of your depression episode in a month after prescription.
