How to treat Staph infection?

I'v had this rash on the back of my leg for about a year and a half now. I went to the doctor after I had it for about a year. After running some tests, he told me there was traces of staph infection. He gave me bactroban and ciclopirox creams to put on it 2-3 times a day. I did that for the full amount of time and it got a little better but then it just stopped getting better about halfway through the treatment. It's been about 6 months since that treatment but now it's almost summer and I'd just like to get rid of it.

Anyone know what I can do?  My doctor was pretty mad I waited a year to get it checked out, I can only imagine how mad he'll be if I go back 6 months later and tell him it didn't work lol.

With a Staph infection ~Rash ,You must go back to your doc and get another antibiotic and finish the antibiotic ,the doc might also give you some epidermis topical cream. I wish you luck!
