I Am Becoming Allergic to Everything... Why?

For the past year, I have developed so many allergies to things I have never been allergic to in the past and it is taking over my life. I have always been allergic to feathers, tree nuts, and pollen, but recently, I have developed allergies to bananas, grapes, different kinds of sugars, benedryl (yea, seriously), sleep aid, alcohol, etc. Recently, in the past couple of weeks, I have developed allergies to all nuts, including peanuts, miso soup, beef, and certain spices.
I start to either break out, my nose and eyes will itch, I can't breathe, my heart slows down, or all of them together.
What the heck is wrong with my body?!
