I have been poisoned- it is gross- what now?

I recently got a big lump on the tip of my finger and it was greenish-yellow and whenever it touched something, it got smaller but squeezed out some greenish-yellow liquid, but it was a much more sinister look than the lump itself. It hardened up but, off course, when I woke up in my sleep (After my finger repeatedly smacking on the bed) my finger was covered in this hardened stuff! The lump eventually disappeared but as it gone, my skin gone! It was terrible, you could see my flesh, but the liquid continued to squeeze out through the flesh. Me, my Mum and Granny eventually figured out it was poison and it has been infected for approximately 13 days! I have put on a bread poultice rapped it round my finger but I cannot stand it- It is so gross and disgusting. I did not want to take it off for saftey but I thought I could see if I could take it off and be able to do something quickly instead that does not require me to be horrified. I would prefer a quick answer and I have had it on since about 1PM today, and would like a responce bettween about 5 and 8 hours after I put it on (After 6 and before 9) if I could. Thank you
