I need help. asap.

I found this baking soda acne remedy. I used it. But, I guess I didn't do it correctly. I now, have this big rash on the side of my face. It's red. & I think it has a couple of little bumps. What do I do?

Don't touch it. You can apply aloe vera (only the real stuff) to reduce redness and speed healing, but do not rub, scrub, or wash the area for a few days.
I made the big mistake over overexfoliating with baking soda and am finally seeing clearer days again. It caught me completely off guard because I had used baking soda as an exfoliant for years and never had an issue. Always had flawless, glowing skin. Well this time I over-did it. I guess my skin was sensitive from a new diet and change in weather. I broke out terribly from removing the protective layer of my skin, and I was red, raw and embarassed. The only thing that helped me heal was NOT washing my face while it balanced itself out again. In conjunction with applying aloe every day, I've got my face back!
Be gentle right now. You'll recover soon.
