I need to know what these are
I've got these wart things in my pubic region, which appear to be growing, they are quite dark and appear to be of no know shape. Occasionally pus will come out of them. Starting to worry now.

They could be ingrown hairs, although usually there are not that many. I would see you doctor and get on an antibiotic to stop any infection that could be trying to start.
