I received abnormal CBC results, what could be going on?

Hello, my CBCs have always been normal, though I don't think I've gotten a comprehensive test for a few years. Last Wednesday, I received some abnormal results and am worried. My WBC in 2.4, my MCHC is 36.1, my RDW is 19.2, my absolute neutophils and lymphocytes are 1318 and 600 respectively. My doctor thinks I may be recovering from a winter virus (though I don't recall being sick and very rarely DO get sick) and performed another test. He seems generally unconcerned and doesn't think it's leukemia or the other scary things I asked him about (yes, I'm a bit of a cyberchonsdriac). He also didn't think it was an STD, though he's inclined to think it's viral as opposed to bacterial and I always practice safer sex. Any ideas about what could be going on?
