Inside my Anal?

Inside my Anal?

I am very embarassed asking this. But...
Recently for the past  2 weeks or more i notice my anal is very very itchy. It tends to get worse when i have a bowel movement and i wipe. So i swtiched to using a wipey which dosent make it better. When im in the shower and i clean in there it gets even more itchy and washing it out just makes it worse. About a month ago i had protected sex with my husband who tried to do anal sex but didnt get all the way in becase it was to painful and i said no. He did stick half his thumb inside and then weeks later i notice my anal has never been the same and now all it is is just very itchy! Can anyone help me get some relief from this?
Note:
that we did change out detorgant for our laundry bu the still use the same softner

As the commented above it could be some sort of parasite completely unrelated to the anal sex.
On the otherhand tissue around the anus is very delicate and can easily be torn (what a horrible word to use in this context, i apologise), obviously with you going to the toilet roughly once a day it is possible that this delicate tissue is being continuely torn repeatedly, slowing the healing process.
One of the things that lead me to think this was when you said cleaning "in" there, i would suggest avoiding this as it could again be damaging the inside muscle, also, me and an ex partner had a similar issue lasting the same duration which healed on its own.

My idea would simply be to rest the area and to "leave it alone" as much as possible to avoid further damage and allow it to heal.
Best Of Luck

I'm sorry you are going through so much discomfort.

I am not a doctor...but I would suggest seeing your doctor and having him do a culture. It could be that you've gotten some kind of bacteria or yeast infection and that could account for the itching. It could also be that there was a small tear and you are healing.

Seeing a doctor can rule out other problems that could cause itching in that area.

I hope this helps.  :)

This discomfort and itching happened to me before.  And i can assure you it was not from anal sex, although it WAS due to the fact that I had torn the delicate tissue around my anus.  this lead to redness, itchiness, and bleeding after bowel movements.  Unfortunately it just took time to heal, but i did notice it sped up if i applied a small amount of polysporin to the area.  This relieved the itchiness and helped it heal faster.  GOOD LUCK!!!
