Iron shot

I got an iron shot was told that it's the first of many and they kept saying I should have had a blood transfusion!  Apperantly your iron number should be 115 and mine  is73 so I was on 3 away from a definitely blood transfusion.  No thankszz
My question is why didn't I get like major hyper! Insted I am superbsleeping?

iron plays a big part in your energy level if its low your going to feel sluggish

Thanks for your response but I am allergic to iron supplements and my blood kept dropping.  I went for a blood transfusion which freaked me out and I find out in Thursday if it helped although I am still sleeping all the time and have little to know energy:(.  I also continue fainting just not as often so hopefully it will get better!

try a shot glass of red wine every night helps iron in blood

Unfortunately I am not allowed to drink with my medications so no wine for me:( thanks for the idea though and it has helped my sister who is also allergic to iron supplements!
