Hi I would like to ask how do i know how do i track my ovulation my my period only comes 3 months 1 time only?
i want to get pregnant but with with irregular periods is difficult for me to track my ovulation
Hi there! I'm not a doctor but I have some experience with irregular periods. I find that my body will tell me when I'm ovulating. Check for things like sore breasts and nipples (that's my big one) and a slight increase in your body termperature. I would suggest taking your temperature before you go to bed at night (but before you get under the covers - that would raise your body temperature).
