Is this a Blood Clot? If not, why a random bruise?

Hello.
I'm a 27yo female.
I'm just looking for help in determining if this is a blood clot on my leg capable of traveling to my heart or other organs, or if it's a random bruise or something to not be afraid of.
I understand it's safest to just go get it checked out, but that's not something I can do. I don't have money to go to a reg. doctor, I'd have to go to the ER, and I don't wanna go to the ER and get into medical debt over something that isn't a clot if I can avoid.

Here are the pictures:

I've never seen this bruise before until like a 4-5+ days ago. It doesn't hurt to touch, it's not bumpy at all, it's  not warm, my surrounding skin doesn't really feel clamy, hot, or cold.....it feels normal. the main difference is visually.
I've had some cramps in my leg today, that keep popping up but idk if I'm making more of a big deal over it than i should. I just need some help determining whether or not it's likely or not that this is a clot, or something else. I don't need to be lectured, please I beg you - I can't handle that right now.

Other information:
I'm overweight and sit A LOT, due to school(online), work(cs rep @ home), and gaming I honestly sit on a computer at least 10 hours a day, when i get off I don't tend to go out much so again - I sit a lot, which is why I'm worried.
I'm positive I have high blood pressure, but it's not treated - so I'm not sure if that could be a cause.
Also, I'm probably Vitamin D deficient......only stay outside long enough for dog to use bathroom and to walk from car to a building - when I'm actually out, which is next to never
I know, I sound lame, but due to bullying when I was younger I have social anxiety and i'm depressed, so I'm a super home-body........

Oh also, I don't have any swelling in my calf and no discomfort.....just random/weird cramps that come randomly in short bursts.

Sometimes the discomfort/cramp in my leg lingers, but it's dull and out of 1-10 I'd say it was a 1 pain wise......it's just discomfort/crampy - not flat pain.
I am so sorry for continually updating my post, but I thought of one more thing. A couple weeks ago I had a scare with my heart, it skipped a beat a couple times and I had a hard time breathing and so I called 911. I had had a similar event happened several years ago and the doctor said it was just a panic attack or heartburn and prescribed me Prilosec and I ended up feeling better. The same thing happened again, but this time I got gas x and I still feel like I have a very dull cramp-pain thats in the middle of my upper back and I occasionally feel like I have a dull discomfort/tickle-cramp in my chest.
