Is this a gluten problem? sweating & goosebumps long after eating

Okay, so when I eat certain foods I feel like crap. It’s a feeling similar to the flu, or like im withdrawing from a drug “pain killers”, I quite those 6 years ago but it feels similar to that. Basically, I feel like waves of goosebumps, waves of chills, sweating, easily able to profusely sweat, and feeling on edge, meaning when im in an high stress situation its hard to cope, not because im anxious, but because I get these physical symptoms that make me well.. feel like crap, like im literally withdrawing from drugs that I do not do anymore.
At first my doc thought it was just anxiety, but its not, I truly belief it’s a problem in my gut. I notice when I eat certain foods it makes it worse, but since I feel like this everyday its hard to gauge what food does this. The foods that im 75% sure don’t agree with me are: eggs, bananas, and French fries. I’m sure there are more but I don’t know where to start.
Here comes the strange part:
I bought some avert (Robinul) to help with sweating in stressful situations and I found this completely stopped ALL my problems, I understand it sounds like a psychological issue, but when I took this pill I didn’t have any symtoms of the chills, goosebumps, or feeling like crap, when in reality all the pill was supposed to do was stop my sweating. I would just take this forever, but it makes it hard to urinate so I only take it once or twice a week.

It's been about 5 years of feeling like this and im ready to take drastic life changes, please offer some advice what you think this is. Could I have a gluten intolerance? I feel fine after I eat all foods except getting those symptoms above.

after reading what people's symptoms are for celiac's i really dont have any, i never have stomach problems, no headaches, and my stool is just fine.

could this be a vitamin deficiency? or maybe my dopamine levels are off? for some reason i have a feeling it has somthing to do with my dopamine receptors too. because when im feeling like crap any excitement makes it way worse, like as soon as i get excited i get a wave of goosebumps,  i get really hot, and sweat. this seemed to all started happening when i quite oxy's. and oxy's have alot to do with dopamine receptors, but that was like 6 years ago and i haven't touched anything since. i thought they'd return back to baseline, not be broken forever.

any idea why the pill "avert" cures all my symptoms?  i feel like crap everyday, but certain foods make me feel worse than others, i have no baseline of feeling normal unless i take my "avert" pill which magically fixes me while im on it for some reason.

I'm also always hot, not to the touch, my skin is cold, but im always hot on the side. that makes me consider my thyroid, but i did a temperature test while waking up and if anything im a little hypo not hyper because my temp was below normal when waking.

Hello,
It sounds like a type of food intolerance or allergy to me. Food allergies can manifest themself in many different ways. If possible, cut back on the foods that do contain gluten and the ones that make you the sickest, start taking a good, probioitic supplement and after a week or so, slowly start to add back the foods, one at a time. If you feel worse when you add them back, then that is a pretty good indication of food allergies. Hope this helps.
