Is this a possible brain tumor?

well I've been having alot of migraines lately, two or three little ones a day and big ones once or twice a week, it was bothering me, so i went to my gp. The migraines are worse if i bend over or move my head, and im worried its a brain tumor, i have also been getting hiccups. I figured it was just migraines caused by stress but i've noticed a rather large lump on my neck, what could this be? im afraid to ask for a ct scan in case they figure im being paranoid. I am 15 years of age, and generally before this never got migraines

Don't be afraid to ask your Dr for tests. The headaches could be caused by many things. Allergies, stress or your neck might be out of alignment.
