My husband had blood analysis done and the it said that he has elevated liver enzymes. What does that means exactly?

It could mean a lot of things. Abnormal values signify problems, however the liver is a resilient organ. The question is why the liver enzymes are elevated, and this involves a discussion between the primary care physician and your husband. I am sure his physician will have some suggestions, but the test results are at this point merely a yellow flag, and should not be overly upsetting. If there is some factor stressing the liver, your physician will suggest a way to relieve that stress. It could be serious disease or could be as simple as taking too much of a particular over-the-counter medication.
